Within our Centre we have sent eight of our staff to Reggio Emilia in Italy and two members of staff to Denmark to see their Pre-Schools and their approach to child centred learning.
Did you know that we have visited both the preschools in
Denmark and in Italy?

| Forest Schools Denmark |
| Pre schools of Reggio Emillia in Italy |
WHY?
Denmark Preschools are not all forest schools but those that are offer their children a unique experience of learning through the outdoors. We know that many of our children prefer to be outside as they learn so we want to extend that experience as much as possible! We believe that all sorts of learning can happen outdoors in our garden |
WHY?
The preschools of Reggio in Italy hold the rights of the children and families at the heart of everything they do. Each school has a great community feel! We also believe that our centre must be at the heart of our community . |
